Linda Ann Nation, 91, of Newburgh, Indiana, passed on February 02, 2023 In the comfort of her home. Linda was born on August 16, 1931, in West Virginia, the daughter of John and Alice (Parks) Gross. She married James Nation and together they enjoyed fifty-eight years of marriage until his passing on March 14, 2018. Linda was a loving homemaker. She enjoyed listening to country music, watching old movies, and playing lottery tickets. She was a wrestling and football sports fan with her favorite team to follow being the Indianapolis Colts. Linda was of the Presbyterian Faith. She loved her family deeply and will be dearly missed. Linda leaves behind three sons, Thomas Hammond, Jim Nation, Darrin Nation; two daughters, Mary Bridwell, Kathy Ellington; seventeen grandchildren; many loved great-grandchildren; sister, Lois Copper; several nieces, nephews, and friends. Mary was preceded in death by her parents; husband; one infant son; one grandson; two sisters, Shirley Roe, Linda Wescott; three brothers, David Gross, Garland Gross, Wendell Summers. The family will receive friends from 4:00pm-5:00pm on Monday February 6, 2023, at Titzer Family Funeral Home. A service will follow at 5:00pm with Rev. Dan Donaldson. A private graveside will be held.
