Lilly Salcedo, 100, of Sacramento, California, passed on September 11, 2020. Lilly was born on March 23, 1920. She lives behind 2 children, 4 grandchildren and a huge family. She was a native of Sacramento and never moved because of the love of her friends and family. Services at this time well be held privately at their family home.
