Born on September 16, 1963, Lester was the beloved son of Charles Burse and Erma Burse. He grew up in Indianapolis, where he formed lifelong friendships and developed a strong sense of community. Lester's parents, Charles and Erma, instilled in him the values of hard work, determination, and loyalty from an early age, shaping him into the remarkable individual he became.

Lester was united in holy matrimony with his loving wife Shameeka Burse in the year 21. Together, they embarked on a beautiful journey filled with love, joy, and shared dreams. Their union was blessed with a wonderful daughter named Tarshae Draper. Lester cherished his role as a devoted husband and father, always providing unwavering support, guidance, and compassion to his family.

Not only was Lester deeply committed to his family, but he also demonstrated his dedication to his country by serving in the U.S Navy. His time in the Navy instilled in him a sense of discipline, honor, and responsibility that continued to shape his personal and professional endeavors throughout his life.
