Sadly, on August 21, 2023, he departed this world, leaving behind a legacy that will be cherished forever.

Lester dedicated a significant part of his life to serving his country. He proudly served in the Army, where he attained the rank of Pvt. His commitment and sacrifice in defending his nation will always be remembered and honored.

Throughout his life, Lester cherished the love and joy that his children brought him. His daughter Natasha Rutledge McGinnis, along with her spouse Nathaniel McGinnis, and his daughter Stefanie Joseph, along with her spouse Daniel Joseph, provided him with precious moments of happiness. Their presence in his life filled him with pride and fulfillment.

Lester's legacy extends further with the blessings of four cherished grandchildren. Though their names need not be mentioned here, their presence brought him immeasurable joy and instilled hope for the future generations.
