Leslie Jones, born on April 12, 1932, in Sanford, North Carolina, passed away on October 6, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. She was the daughter of Dennis and Anne Mae Williams.
Leslie was married to her beloved husband Larry Jones for 59 years and together they raised two wonderful children, Maggie and Donna Jones.
Leslie attended Martin Luther King High School where she graduated in 1950. She went on to further her education at William Paterson College, graduating in 1955.
She was actively involved in the community, dedicating her time to the She Loved Babysitting and Singing organization.
Leslie had a passion for cooking, baking, and sewing. She loved to create delicious meals for her family and friends and enjoyed making her own clothes.
Leslie will be remembered for her kind heart, infectious smile, and unwavering love for her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
