It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Leroy Hatchell, who was born on February 16, 1962, in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States, and peacefully passed away on July 7, 2024. He was the beloved son of Leroy and Linda Hatchell.

Leroy leaves behind a legacy of love and compassion as a devoted father to his three children, Leroy Jr, Akita, and Aneka Hatchell. He was also a cherished grandfather to his grandchild.

Leroy was a proud graduate of Jacksonville High School, where he completed his studies in 1985. He went on to serve in the Army, rising to the rank of Commander, where he dedicated his life to serving his country with honor and distinction.

Leroy will be remembered for his strength, resilience, and unwavering dedication to his family and country. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
