Leroy was born on March 12, 1940 to the late Oliver and Irene Canty, and raised by his grandparents, the late John and Ophelia Canty. On the evening of November 03, 2023, at Future Care Hospice, in Randallstown Maryland, Leroy quietly and peacefully slipped away to his eternal rest.
