Leonard Ray, beloved father, and grandfather, passed away on May 29, 2024, in Magnolia, Mississippi, United States.

He was born on February 5, 1950, to Herman and Maggie Ray.

Leonard is survived by his partner, Essie Russell, his two children, Herman Ray and Leonard Ray Jr, and four grandchildren Alyssa, Morgan, Tony, and Jeff.

Leonard worked at General Motors for 30 years and retired in 2004. In his free time, he enjoyed writing poetry and reading his Bible.

Leonard will be remembered for his kind heart, his love for his family, and his passion for his hobbies.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
