We mourn the loss of Leon Johnson, who passed away on June 26, 2025, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, United States. He was born on March 30, 1939, to Higgin and Mandy Johnson.

Leon is survived by his loving spouse Sarah Johnson, children Leon Howard Johnson Jr, Letaya Johnson, Omar Tyrese Johnson, and Jody Lee Johnson, as well as 10 grandchildren.

Leon worked at Floyd Brasher for many years before retiring in 2024. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing and bowling, hobbies that brought him great joy throughout his life.

Leon will be dearly missed by all who knew him. May he rest in peace.
