Leo Luis Hart, 63, passed on December 26, 2020. He was born to the union of Leo Hart Sr. and Shirley Bradley in St. Louis, Missouri on June 27, 1957.

He married Adrienne Terrel-Hart and they lived together for several years in Evanston, Illinois. Leo is survived by 6 children. Anthony Hart (Antoinette), Matthew Hart (Lindsey), Michael Hart, Shatara Hart (Linnie), Timothy Hart, and Jordan Hart. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, Matthew Hart Jr, Marshaun Hart, Bryson Hart, Michaela Hart, Timothy Hart Jr, Savanna Hart and Neveah Hart. As well a host of Uncles, Aunts, Cousins and lifetime friends.

He graduated from Roosevelt High School with honors, and attended Northwestern Universty in Evanston, IL.

Leo worked as a Truck Driver for a reputable trucking company, and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people. He was also very involved in his Church, Monument Of Hope in Chicago, IL often volunteering to provide transportation for Church events and field trips.
