Leo Cloutier, age 91, of Columbia, Missouri passed away on April 16, 2022 at Boone Hospital. He was born on July 6, 1930 in Spencer, Massachusetts; a son of Leo Alphonse and Evelyn Thibault. A full obituary will be posted soon.
