Lee passed away on June 11,2019, at home surrounded by loved ones. He survived by his wife Linda and their daughters Lisa Henly (James Henly) of Griffin, Ga. and Amy McCalister ( Steve McCalister) of Jonesboro, Ga. Grandchildren Warren Simpkins, Jeremiah Simpkins, Ashley Simpkins and Desiree Simpkins. Several cousins, friends and family memebers. 

Lee is preceded in death by his parents Timothy and Faith Simpkins and one Brother Bertrand Simpkons
