Schoenhofer, Lawrence "Larry" J. 91, retired Restaurant Owner, passed away on November 14, 2016. He served his country in the U.S. Navy during WWII and the Korean Conflict. Larry was born on December 25, 1924 in Walnut, KS, to Carl and Matilda (Smith) Schoenhofer. Survivors: wife: Marjorie; sons, Karl, Phil (Sharon) and Don Schoenhofer, all of Wichita; brother, Art Schoenhofer of Andover; 6 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren. Larry was a co-franchise owner of Kentrucky Fried Chicken in Wichita, and later owner of Springs Fried Chicken in Eureka Springs, AR. He was a proud patriot, loved the outdoors and his family.
