Lawarence Waters, beloved brother , father & grandfather, and self-employed extraordinaire, passed away on July 4, 2024, at the young age of 57 in Merced, California. He was born on June 24, 1967, to his parents Lawrence Waters and Rosie Jones.

Lawarence was known for his love of singing, fishing, dancing, shopping, and playing too many games. He was always the life of the party and could light up a room with his infectious smile and hilarious jokes.

He is survived by his partner, Tasha Johnson, his 3. three children, Aminah, Saria, and Nehemiah. Also his sister Trina Wallace , & lots of nieces and nephews, & Other family members Lawarence was also a proud grandfather to two grandchildren who will miss his silliness and loving hugs.

Despite his hobbies and zest for life, Lawarence unfortunately succumbed to heart failure, a fate he would surely joke about if he were still with us. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. He is proceeded by his mom Rosie Jones & His sister Luceatia Wallace his two nephews Micheal Andrew & Trayvone Dixon
