Lawancre Fluker was born on March 9, 1965, in Meridian, MS, the child of Emmett Brown and Jessie Mae Stevens. Lawancre was the 8th child out of 14 siblings: Maggie, Ray, Charlie, Larry, Ruby, Joann, Leon, Vicky, Michelle, Rufus, David, Tearse, and Rayford. Lawancre had one biological daughter, Twyla Hill, who resides in TX, and six other adopted children. Lawancre was a hard and dedicated worker who worked for over 10 years at Structures Steel. Lawancre enjoyed family gatherings, fishing, and dancing. Lawancre was a kind-hearted individual who touched the lives of many with his generous spirit and infectious laughter.
