Ms. LaVita Sharmein Williamson, age 44 of Lake City, Florida passed away Tuesday, December 22, 2015. She was born on August 25, 1971 in Morristown, New Jersey to Mother Harriette J. Williamson and the late Pastor James Melvin Williamson Sr. She attended Epiphany Catholic School and Columbia County School System. Ms. Williamson graduated from FAMU. During her life she was employed at FAMU Housing Department, Florida Department of Transportation and Harriette's Right Way Daycare. Ms. Williamson was preceded in death by her father Pastor James Melvin Williamson Sr., Grandparents David and Marie Williamson, Leila and Wilmer Jordan. She leaves to cherish her memories and mourn her passing her daughter Jayla Elise Marie Olden, Mother Harriette J. Williamson; one brother Elder James M. Williamson, Jr. (Demetra); one niece Ashley Williamson, two nephews Andre and James III Williamson all of Lake City, Florida. Celebration of Life for Ms. LaVita Sharmein Williamson will be Saturday, January 2, 2016 12:00 noon at Miracle Tabernacle Church Apostle Cleopatre J. Steel, Pastor, Pastor Rodney Cooper Eulogy, 1190 S.W. Sister Welcome Road, Lake City, Florida 32025. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Garden.
