Our beloved Laura Awsom Pitts passed away on January 8, 2022, in Chehalis, Washington, at the age of 65. She was born on February 23, 1956, to Robert Keyser Sr. and Erna Rae Barnhart Keyser.

Laura is survived by her loving daughter, Dawn Larae, and son-in-law Chuck Pitts. She adored her two grandchildren and treasured spending time with them.

Laura attended Bakersfield High School in California, graduating in 1972. She then continued her studies at Bakersfield High School, graduating in 1974. Laura was actively involved in the PTA organization and made a positive impact in her community.

Aside from her dedication to her family and education, Laura had a passion for singing karaoke and exploring Indian history. She brought joy and laughter wherever she went.

Unfortunately, Laura lost her battle with Progressive Supra Nuclear Palsy. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

May she rest in peace, singing karaoke in the heavens above.
