Latoya Laquisha Spivey was born on January 1,1971 to late Willie J. Ferguson and Bessie Mae Spivey in Baltimore, Maryland.

She was loved by family and friends, she accepted Christ as her savior early in her life and was a member of universal church of love.

Latoya was proceeded in death by her father and mother, Willie and Bessie Mae, daughter Miss. Jemica Spivey, grandson, Mr. Dejone Spivey, sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Spivey and brother, Mr. Willie Ferguson jr.

She leaves to cherish her memory, eight children, Mr. Lamonte Spivey, Mrs. Tammy Spivey, Mr. Damon Spivey, Mr. Eric Spivey, Mrs. Lynette Spivey, Mrs. Tonya Spivey, Mr. Kevin Spivey, Mr. Brandon Spivey all of Baltimore Maryland. She is survived by twenty grandchildren, 5 great grandchildrens
