Latisha Born it Loretta Swindell on December 19, 1982, in Brooklyn NY. she was raised in Far Rockaway with her than forster mother Vinia Miller whom adopted her when she was a young child. Latisha Smith lived a life filled with compassion, laughter, and warmth. Her presence will be sorely missed by her friends and community. Latisha's legacy of love and positivity will continue to live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to have known her. May she rest in peace.
