Latisha was born on January 02, 1997.An inspirational individual, her vibrant spirit and enduring love touched everyone around her. Born and raised in a family that values learning and love, Latisha dedicated her life to nurturing the same values in those she encountered.

Latisha is survived by her devoted siblings , Omonee Carter, Joseph Carter and Harmony Lewis. She leaves behind a loving son Zacharia Jordan, and

legacy of life-affirming laughter, warmth, and an unyielding belief in the good of humanity. Her dynamic presence will remain in the hearts of those who had the privilege to know her.
