Lashuna Blanchard, age 45, formerly of Chicago, IL, passed away on November 1, 2017.
She was a very loving mother, daughter, and sister. She was a member of Pilgrim Baptist Church until she parted her life here on earth.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Linda Blanchard and Clarence Ford. She leaves to cherish her memories her children, Gerald, Kenneth, Darlene, and Latrice; siblings, James (Arnesha), Clarence, and Latasha; 4 grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
The family would like to thank everyone for coming and showing their respect and condolences.
