Roberts 63 passed away peacefully in his home on Saturday, September 10, 2016 with his family by his side after fighting a long battle with Hodgkin's Lymphoma.He was born on August 6, 1953 in Wachula, Florida. He was a retired Chief Petty Officer serving in the US Navy during the Desert Storm and Persian Gulf War.Larry is survived by his daughters, Jessica (Jeremiah) Robles and Clair (Duane) Stoneburner; the man who made him the great person he was, his step-father, Roger McCafferty; his loving companion for more than 17 years, Pamela Heft Benson and her children; Shaira (Jon) Gambrel, Traci (Eric) Miller, Jared Moore, Jessica (Fiancé' Devin Drum)Moore; together, Larry and Pam shared the love of 12 grandchildren, Jaxon and Amelia Robles, Tyler, Bryanna and Caleb Showalter, Kylynn Forrest, Ceceilia and Kallen Miller, Autumn Moore, Tristan Moore, Austin Gaskill and Liam Drum; niece and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rosemarie Trapsi Roberts, father, Preston Roberts, mother, Clara Ireland and his brother, Dan Roberts.Caring Cremation® has taken place by the FRANK E.
