Ruch, Larry Glenn 85 of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on March 19, 2017. Larry Ruch, loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and uncle passed away on March 19th, 2017. Larry was born on September 20th, 1931, to Ed and Lillian Ruch. A lifelong Phoenix resident, Larry attended Roosevelt Elementary School, Phoenix Union High School, and Arizona State University. He graduated from the University of Arizona Law School, after which he served in the United States Air Force for two years. Upon discharge, he married Rosalind Rightmer and embarked on his career as a criminal defense attorney. As a running enthusiast, Larry ran numerous 10K's as well as the Boston Marathon. His other passions included golf, world travel, spending time with family, and enjoying summers in Munds Park. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Rosalind; daughters Debbie Ludwig (Kevin) and Diane Riley (Jim); his grandchildren Brent Ludwig (Therese), Nathan Ludwig (Katherine), Andrea Chapman (Josh), Paige Sizemore (Casey), Cameron Ludwig, Connor Riley, Mackenzie Riley, Madison Riley and Grace Riley; great granddaughters Addison and Nora Ludwig. He is preceded in death by grandchild Austin Riley and sisters Joanne Griner and Jannie Bell. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 am Thursday, March 30th, at All Saints Lutheran Church, 15649 N. 7th Street, Phoenix, 85022.
