Larry E. Reichard, 72 of Mayport, PA died on Friday July 1, 2016 at the Clarion Hospital.Larry was born on October 27, 1943 in Baxter, PA to the late Lawrence M. and Nellie May Lucas Reichard.He was married on September 5, 1965 to Mary Jessie Ramsey at the Brookville First Assembly of God Church. She survives in Mayport. He was employed as a farmhand/laborer at Favor Manor Farms in Mayport. His hobbies included tractor pulls, snowmobiling, riding ATV's, hunting, archery, and wood working.Larry is survived by two sons, Wallace E. "Betty" Reichard of Erie, and William C. "Debbie" Doverspike of Hamilton, PA. Also surviving is a brother, Russ "Susie" Reichard of Hazen; two sisters, Debbie "Eddie" Diaz of Fresno CA, and Marilyn "Leonard" Syphrit of Augusta GA; twelve grandchildren, and seventeen great grandchildren.Along with his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter, Annette L. Hagg; an infant brother; and a sister, Loraine McAfoos.His family will receive friends on Tuesday July 5, 2016 from 6 - 9 pm and Wednesday July 6, 2016 from 9 - 11 am at the Furlong Funeral Home, Gregory K. Furlong FD, corner of Broad St. and First Ave., Summerville, PA , (www.furlongfuneralhome.com). The funeral service will follow at 11 am.
