Larry Mundell Sr, a beloved resident of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away on November 20, 2025, at the age of 82. He was born on June 10, 1943, and married Lena Mundell in 1956.

Larry was a retired custodian for the Vigo County Schools, where he dedicated many years of service before retiring in 2015. He took great pride in his work and was known for always keeping the hallways sparkling clean.

When he wasn't working, Larry could often be found outdoors in his yard, tending to his beautiful flowers and gardening. He had a green thumb and could make any plant flourish with his care and attention.

Larry had a wonderful sense of humor and a contagious laugh that could light up a room. He was always quick with a joke or a funny story to share with those around him.

Although Larry will be dearly missed, his memory will live on in the hearts of his four children: Lora Mundell, Larry Mundell Jr (spouse Rhonda Mundell), Charlotte Mundell, and Donald Mundell (spouse Tammy Mundell). He also leaves behind ten grandchildren who brought him immense joy throughout his life.

Larry Mundell Sr passed away from natural causes, surrounded by his loved ones. In his memory, we will always remember his laughter, his love for gardening, and the light he brought into the lives of those around him.
