Ladetra King, beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on April 4, 2023 in Durham, North Carolina, at the age of 66.
Born on August 15, 1956, Ladetra was the daughter of Elma Jones. She is survived by her two children, Tamyra Elias and Terrell Elias, and six adoring grandchildren.
Ladetra was a proud graduate of Frankford High School, class of 1973. She always had a zest for life and a contagious laughter that could light up any room.
She will be remembered for her love of cooking, her passion for gardening, and her unwavering dedication to her family. Ladetra's warm spirit and kind heart touched the lives of everyone she met.
Although she may be gone, Ladetra's memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
Rest in peace, dear Ladetra. You will be deeply missed.
