Maggard, Kyle Duane 70, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at Eckstein Center. Kyle's sense of humor and wonderful personality will be so very missed by all that knew him. Kyle was born on July 29, 1946 in Hazard, Kentucky to Samuel Curtis Maggard and Nell Beatrice Maggard. He is survived by his wife, Catherine (Platek) Maggard, his children Bonita Jo Hayth (St. Louis, MO), Scot Duane Maggard (Louisville, KY), 3 grandchildren Tyler Kyle Hayth, Nathan Samuel Maggard, Julianne Elizabeth Maggard, his older sister Sharon Jane Davenport (Charlestown, IN), his brother from another mother Steve Fey, and 6 nieces and nephews. Kyle is preceded in death by his parents, and his younger sister, Shoma Diana (Maggard) McBride. The family will be having a Celebration of Life on Sunday, November 20, 2016, beginning at 1:00 pm. It will be held at Fatso's Pizza, 3131 E Thunderbird Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85032, 602-992-1122.
