We are sad to announce the passing of Kristy Velez, born on 06/06/1973 and passed away on 11/24/2025 in Lawton, Oklahoma, United States. She was the beloved daughter of Roy Allen Slusser and Sherry Kay Daniel Slusser.

Kristy is survived by her loving son, Bradey Mitchell ,as well as six adoring grandchildren,and proceeded in death by her youngest son Tyler Mitchell. . She was a dedicated mother and grandmother who always put her family first and loved with no limits.

Kristy was a graduate of West High School in Bakersfield, California, class of 1991. She continued her education at Oklahoma University and graduated in 1993.

Kristy was known for her infectious laughter, kind heart, and love for life. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

May she rest in peace, free from pain and suffering. Kristy's memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
