Kristi Lynn Gerber1987 - 2016Kristi Lynn Gerber, 28, of San Diego, passed away on Sunday, April 10, 2016, at Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla, Calif. She was born on July 14, 1987, in Kenosha, Wis., the daughter of Arsene W. Gerber, Jr. and Susan L. Ellman. She was educated in the schools of Kenosha, graduating from Tremper High school in 2005. She attended the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design, and U.W. Milwaukee. Kristi worked in the hospitality industry. Kristi was an artist, musician and actress. She was a lover of all animals, and was most happy on a beach or on her Harley. Kristi was a beautiful spirit, strong and brave, and will be greatly missed and always remembered by those who loved her. Survivors include her parents, Arsene and Susan Gerber; her brothers, Todd (Heather) Gerber, and Keith (Priscilla King) Gerber; her nieces Kenzie and Elsie; many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends; and her fiancé Benjamin Nothem.Visitation will be Saturday, April 16, 2016, from 1 p.m. 5 p.m. and again on Sunday, April 17, 2016, from Noon to 2 p.m. at Kenosha Funeral Services, with funeral services to follow at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, a donation to your local animal shelter would make Kristi very happy.
