Kristen graduated from the Oregon Culinary Institute with a degree in Culinary Arts. Kristen then decided that her passion was in helping others improve their lives and decided to explore and educate herself more in personal training and dietary planning which is what she was doing up until she departed this earth. Kristen defined the meaning of an exceptional, selfless and loving mother, daughter, granddaughter, sister and best friend to almost anyone that came within the reach of her smile, laughter and love. Kristen's passion was to share inspiration and love to everyone she met. In her world, there was no such thing as a stranger and her goal in life was to always leave people she met in a better mental or physical condition than where she may have found them.Kristen loved spending time with her children, family and friends but was particularly happiest if she could spend that quality time with her loved ones in the outdoors. She was very passionate about bringing beauty and harmony to our world along with preserving our environment. Kristen also loved to read, write, play card and board games with her kids and nephews.
