Kirk KeenanEUREKA - Kirk J. Keenan, 62, of Eureka, IL, passed away at 12:43 p.m. on Thursday, December 15, 2016, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL, surrounded by the people who loved him most.He was born on October 4, 1954, in Streator, IL, a son of John Henry and Carole Kirk Keenan. He married Alice Billings on January 7, 1998, in Eureka, IL. She survives.He is survived by his loving wife, Alice; daughters, Shannon (Shawn) MacMaster of Melrose, MA, Brooke Eaves of Goodfield, IL, and Kara (Brian) Hambleton of Eureka, IL; son, Raider of Colorado Springs, CO; sister, Patricia Rohlen of Charlotte, NC; brothers-in-law, Eddie and Roger; 3 beautiful granddaughters, Emma, Lauren and Nora; and nephews, Chris and Brad RohlenHe was preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law, Jack Rohlen.He loved working with the good people at Early Bird Trucking in Goodfield, IL. He was dedicated to the cleaning and upkeep of his semi, even when he wasn't scheduled to work.He was the biggest Oakland Raiders fan you will ever meet, loved watching NASCAR with his friends, playing cards and bocci ball were activities he enjoyed and he loved spending time with his family, especially doting on his granddaughters. He will truly be missed by all that had the pleasure of knowing him.There will be a celebration of life on Tuesday, December 20, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Capponi's in Toluca, IL.
