Quinn was born on February 14, 1954 in Hicksville, New York to Kevin and Maureen Quinn. At the age of 17, he moved to Dublin, Ireland with his family where he completed three years of Catholic College. He later returned to the U. S. for the remainder of his life. He was a very proud American of Irish decent. In 1988, he found and married the love of his life, Virginia Quinn. They have been married for 27 years. For 22 years he worked as a District Manager for numerous retail establishments. Quinn was a hardworking, intelligent and very caring man.Quinn is survived by his beloved wife of 27 years, Virginia Quinn; children Claudine Quinn of Switzerland and Kevin Thomas Quinn of Ireland; stepchildren, Sammy Morales Jr. and Annette Morales of Visalia, CA; grandchildren Samuel Quinn and Holley Quinn of Dublin Ireland; Anyssa Mendoza of Oakland, CA and Dalena Mendoza of Visalia, CA; great granddaughter Zoey Reah Mendoza Schrein; sisters Maureen Grippa (Paul) of North Carolina, Shiouban Scully (Colleen) of Dublin, Ireland; brothers Shaun Quinn and Patrick Quinn of Dublin, Ireland and Brian Quinn of Australia; also he is survived by his Aunt Joannie Forsythe and numerous nieces and nephews. Quinn is preceded in death by his father Kevin Thomas Quinn, mother Maureen Quinn and step son Jimmy Morales.A viewing will be held on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. with a rosary prayed at 6:00 p.m. at Salser and Dillard Funeral Chapel. Mass will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church with burial to follow at Visalia District Cemetery.
