Kenneth Edward Butler, 60, of Richmond, Texas, passed away at his home. Kenneth was born in Boston, MA to Charles and Aileen Butler on January 21, 1958. He graduated from the University of Texas in 1980 with a B.A. in Chemistry and in 1986 with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. He continued his education at the University of Houston receiving a M.S. in Environmental Engineering, focusing on water treatment, in 2005. He worked as a Process Engineer 3 for CB&I and as a Chemical Engineer at Talascend Worldwide . In his free time he would go fishing, spend time with animals, and enjoyed the beauty of the outdoors. Kenneth is preceded in death by his mother, Aileen Butler. Kenneth is survived by his father Charles Butler, his brothers Allen, Ronald, and Craig, his sister Rebecca, half brothers John and William, step-brothers Josue Castillo and Moises Miranda and several nieces and nephews. A private memorial service will be held for family on January 6, 2019.
