Kenneth Kudra, 79, of Kansas City, Missouri,a devoted husband and father of 4, peacefully passed away at home on August 10, 2023 surrounded by family.Kenneth was born on January 20, 1944. Kenny was widely respected for his exceptional career as a skilled general contractor. Renowned throughout the Kansas City area, Kenny's dedication to his craft was unparalleled. With unwavering craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail, he earned a reputation as the finest general contractor in the region.His expertise spanned from breathtaking residential properties to impressive commercial ventures, leaving each one a testament to his remarkable abilities.In addition to his professional achievements, Kenny possessed an innate gift for connecting with others.His warm and welcoming nature bestowed upon him the title of a beloved and treasured member of the community. Wherever he went, Kenny cast a friendly smile and initiated engaging conversations that lasted hours on end. He never met a stranger, he would talk to anyone! Above and beyond all else, Kenny held his family in the highest regard. For 56 years, he shared unyielding love and unwavering devotion with his cherished wife, Deborah Kudra. Together, they built a home brimming with love, kindness, and cherished memories with her and their children, Daniel Kudra, Amy Lewis (Dwight Lewis), and Ashley Kudra (Kvle Horton). Kennv's role as a father extended past his own children, serving as a guiding force to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.Desirae Shippy. (Alan Shippy), Alexander Kudra, Christian "Bubba" Kudra, James “Harry” Joseph, Devin Joseph, Kenneth "Lil Kenny" Joseph, and Geneva Galaviz, held special places in his heart. He was always excited to see his great grandchildren, Amelia Shippy, Jolene, Kaliah and Aziah. His love for each of them knew no bounds, and his pride in their accomplishments filled him with joy. Their simple conversations were priceless to him. Yet, Kenny also experienced the grief of bidding farewell to loved ones who went before him. Joining the heavenly realm are his parents, Anthony Kudra and Fern Davis, as well as his brothers, Anthony Kudra, Leonard Kudra, and James Davis. The loss of his cherished daughter, Rhonda Williams (Kudra),daughter, Rhonda Williams (Kudra), weighed heavily on his soul, reminding us all of the profound impact they had on one another.Beyond the demands of work and responsibility, Kenny found solace in his sanctuary - his garage, where he reveled in the joy of tinkering. It was a space where his creativity soared, and he brought inspiration to life.Additionally, he delighted in embarking on trips to Texas, and creating enduring memories with loved ones who rode along. Kenny leaves behind a legacy steeped in perseverance, kindness, how to fix things and boundless love. His passion for his vocation, his incredible ability to foster connections, and his unwavering dedication to family will be cherished by those fortunate enough to have known him. His presence will be deeply missed by his beloved wife, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and all who had the privilege of sharing in the incredible journey of his life.
