Kendrick was the beloved son of Kelvin and Cassie Johnson. He was a devoted father to his three children, Dedrick, Devin, and Lakendrick.

Kendrick was a graduate of Old Natchez High School, where he excelled in his studies and graduated in 1977. He had a passion for fishing and could often be found spending his free time out on the water, enjoying the peacefulness that fishing brought him.

Kendrick will be remembered for his kind heart, infectious laughter, and unwavering love for his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
