Bourgeois, KellyKelly Bourgeois, 45, passed away on Friday, October 27, 2017 at Mercy Medical Center. She was born on October 16, 1972, daughter of Patrick and Mabel (Childers) O'Brien, in Duluth, Minnesota. On May 25, 1996, Kelly was united in marriage to Michael Bourgeois in Duluth. She was a proud member of the United States Army for 21 years, serving in both Iraq and Afghanistan. Kelly also worked as a Correctional Officer at the Winnebago Resource Center.Kelly is survived by her husband, Michael; their two children, Christopher and Josephine; one sister, Erin (Dan) Henderson; three brothers, Michael (Mona), Sean, and Kevin (Julie) O'Brien; mother and father- in- law, James and Regina Bourgeois; brother-in-law, William (Julie) Bourgeois; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.She was preceded in death by her parents.A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home, 402 Waugoo Ave. Visitation will take place from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service.In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established.
