Keith Johnson1925 - 2015Keith Johnson, 90, of Twin Lakes, Wis., died Tuesday evening Sept. 22, 2015, at Geneva Lake Manor in Lake Geneva, WI.Keith was born on April 14, 1925, in Allenville, Ill., the son of the late Vernon E. and Alta B. Pierce Johnson. On Aug. 17, 1945, in Warrenburg, Ill., Keith was united in marriage to Betty Jeanne Robbins. Keith worked as a real estate broker and owned and operated Keith Johnson Realty in the Salem, Twin Lakes and Antioch, Ill., area for 40 years. He played guitar in various senior bands in the Stateline area and was the last surviving member of the Twilighter's Band. He was a former member of the Western Kenosha County Kiwanis, former member of the Loyal Order of the Moose and Past president of the Huntley, IL Lions Club. He was a member of the Kenosha County Board of Realtors, Past President of the Wisconsin Realty Association, where he was named "Realtor of the Year", and the National Association of Realtors. He was also a former member of the Trevor Vol. Fire Dept.Keith was a people person and had a special relationship with his grandchildren that no one can explain. He enjoyed camping with his grandchildren. On of Keith's favorite sayings was, "It's all a matter of attitude."Keith is survived by: onoe daughter, Linda (Mark) Koenig of Lake Geneva, Wis.; two sons, Ken (Kristie of Streamwood, IL and Denny (Janice) of Twin Lakes, Wis.; grandchildren-Wendy Lasko, Tracey (Stephen) Dortch, Kenny (Melanie) Johnson, Kelsie Johnson, Kourtney (Justin) Lewandowski, Kyle (Elizabeth) Koenig and Katy Koenig; three great grandchildren-Zachary Behl, Elizabeth Behl and Adelade Lewandowski.A Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday Sept. 28, 2015 ,at the Haase-Lockwood & Assoc. Funeral Home and Crematory in Twin Lakes with Pastor Judy Wang of Wilmot Methodist Church officiating. Inurnment will be in Wilmot Cemetery. The Johnson Family will receive friends from 12 noon until the time of services at the Funeral Home. Memorial Remembrances in Keith's name may be made to Geneva Lake Manor 211 S.
