Katie Mitchell, 17, of St. Petersburg, FL passed away early in the morning on 12-14-2018 at Palms of Pasadena Hospital where she was transferred for better care. She lived a short but meaningful life of 17 years. Funeral services have not been arranged for Katie but are being worked on.
