Surrounded by her family, Kathy Lynn Spicer, 68, passed on February 26, 2021 of Lung Disease. She was born to the late Robert "Ike" Kline and survived by her mother Sara Kline on November 16, 1952.

She is survived by her beloved husband Don H. Spicer Sr. of 49 years and happily lived together in Salem, New Jersey. Together they raised 2 children Don H. Spicer Jr., Brad A. Spicer (Marlaina L. Spicer). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren (Marissa, Donovan, Jaxson, Cameron) 1 great-grandchild (Saivion), 2 sisters and 1 brother.

Kathy loved spending summers with her family in Cape May, New Jersey and was well-known for her love, support, and generosity to everyone around her.

Kathy graduated from Salem High School in 1970. She worked as the Salem City Municipal Court Administrator (Retired).
