Kathy Gattis, 73, of Scranton, Pennsylvania, passed on June 18, 2023. Kathy was born on January 01, 1950. She was a graduate of Fairfield High in Fairfield County, SC. After high school she went on to graduate from the University of SC in 1973 and obtained her degree in Nursing. Always hard working for almost 30 years she retired to spend more time with her family and grandbabies. She lived most of her life in Winnsboro, SC where she met her husband (Lewis Brazell) and they went along to have 4 kids. Kathy and Lewis has two boys, (Lewis Brazell III, Shane Brazell), two girls, (Donna Brazell, Lisa Brazell) and more then 10 grand children. Kathy was a beautiful person inside and out who would do anything for anyone. Even though she spent most of her life working, she always had time to be there for the ones she loved most.

Services will be held at Kearny Funeral Homes on June 20th, 2023 at 2:00 pm. This will be a celebration of life where we will shares memories with loved ones and lay Linda to rest loving one each other smiling, the way she would have wanted.
