It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kathy Hunter, beloved mother, grandmother, and friend. Born on June 2, 1963, in Kent, Washington, Kathy was the daughter of Jonnie Hunter and Marry Wilson.

Kathy leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion, having raised four children: William Smith, Christian Hunter, Charity Hunter, and Zach Hunter. She also leaves behind seven adoring grandchildren.

After graduating from Rainer Beach High School in 1980, Kathy dedicated 24 years of her life to working at the United States Postal Service. She was a pillar of the community, always ready to lend a helping hand through her involvement with the Church of God and Christ organization.

Outside of her professional and volunteer work, Kathy found joy in simple pleasures like cooking and spending time with her beloved grandchildren.

Kathy Hunter touched the lives of all who knew her, and her memory will forever be cherished. May she rest in peace.
