Kathleen Wagner, 65, of Zuni Virginia, passed Tuesday, June 20, 2017.  She was born to Max H. Armstrong and Wilda D. Morris on April 08, 1952 in Alexandria, Virginia.

Kat was known for her love and show racing of Italian Greyhounds. Kat's artistic abilities were evident by her many awards and sales of paintings and drawings. She won many awards in California, where she was very well known for her pastels and water colors.
