Lamb, KathleenKathleen "Kathy" A. (Yerkman) Lamb, age 62, of Cascade, passed away peacefully Friday, May 26, 2017 surrounded by her family at the Sharon S. Richardson Hospice facility. She was born on August 4, 1952 to the late Carl and Faye (Pilling) Yerkman and a graduate of Sheboygan South High School. Kathy was a devoted wife and mother. She married David J. Lamb on August 12, 1978, and together they celebrated nearly 40 years of marriage. On May 17, 1981, they welcomed their daughter, Stacey, followed by their son, Derek, on March 16, 1985. She dedicated her time to her family and had a strong love of animals and nature. She enjoyed using her creative talents to make flower arrangements, crafting furniture, exploring photography, painting, creating Halloween costumes, decorating birthday cakes, and designing various home improvement projects. Kathy is survived by her husband, David; two children: Stacey (Eric) Hand and Derek (partner Emily Seehaver) Lamb; five siblings: Marilyn (Frank) Clarich, Carl "Jack" Yerkman, Peggy (partner Wayne Streff) Young, Susan (Russ) Kleinert, and Lisa (Rick) Collett; several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.Kathy is preceded in death by her parents, and several aunts and uncles.Family and friends are invited to gather at Ballhorn Funeral and Cremation Care Center, 1201 n. 8th St, Sheboygan, on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. A Celebration of Life will follow at 5 p.m. In honor of Kathy's memory and in lieu of flowers, donations are appreciated to Rescue Me!
