Katherine Brown passed away on June 10, 2025, in Cincinnati, Ohio, at the age of 64. She was born on December 6, 1960, to Kirk and Paula Washington. Katherine married the love of her life, Robert Brown, in 1995, and they had four children: Tony, Michelle, Anthony, and Patricia.

Katherine was a graduate of Crispus Attucks High School in 1977 and went on to attend Harvard University, where she graduated in 1983. She dedicated her career to helping others as a Social Worker, retiring in 2023. Katherine was also a valued member of the Salvation Army organization, where she volunteered her time and efforts.

Outside of her professional life, Katherine enjoyed hobbies such as cooking, painting, and gardening. She was a talented chef and artist, and her garden was always a colorful and peaceful retreat for her and her loved ones.

Katherine's family meant everything to her, and she was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She leaves behind three cherished grandchildren to carry on her legacy.

Although Katherine's battle with cancer was fierce, she faced it with bravery and grace. Her strength and positivity were an inspiration to all who knew her.

Katherine will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Rest in peace, dear Katherine.
