We gather today to remember and celebrate the life of Katherine Ellison Nash, who passed away on December 2, 2025, in Washington, New Jersey. Born on April 21, 1982, Katherine was the beloved daughter of Eric Ellison and Kiana Nash.

Katherine was a dedicated mother to her nine children: Quayanah, Nalejeah, Najeemah, Nyasia, Tyasia, Chloe, Pearl, Shakeyah, and Samani. She was also a proud grandmother to her grandchildren.

Throughout her life, Katherine worked in a variety of jobs in the food service franchise industry, always bringing a smile to those around her. She studied at Elizabeth High School and had a passion for poetry and singing in her free time.

Katherine will be remembered for her infectious laughter, love for her family, and her ability to always find humor in any situation. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
