With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Kashif Patterson, who was born on July 3, 1985, in Salem, New Jersey. He left this world on September 20, 2022, leaving behind a legacy of love, strength, and compassion.

Kashif was the beloved son of Gregory Patterson Aka Smoove and Karen Lindsey. He was married to Erin Brown and they shared a beautiful life together. He also had a special bond with his cousin/sister Lateffah Patterson, who was a cherished part of his life.

Together, Kashif and Erin were blessed with a wonderful daughter Kashira Patterson: And his other children whom shared different mothers Kamore Shockley, Kanye, Dominic, Kamore Patterson, and Jayce Kaye Patterson. He was a devoted father who always put his family first and made sure they were safe and happy.

Kashif attended Salem High School, where he graduated in 2003. He continued his studies at Texas State University and graduated in 2016, paving the way for a successful career ahead.

He worked at Kash Properties LLC / Island Tingz Caribbean Vibes 2 in Miami, Florida, where he was the proud owner of his own company. He also dedicated his time to helping others through his work with Kash Promotions organization.

Outside of his professional life, Kashif enjoyed living life to the fullest. He had a zest for adventure and loved to party whenever he got the chance. His positive energy and infectious smile touched the hearts of all who knew him.

Tragically, Kashif's life was cut short by hate from a snake, resulting in multiple gunshot wounds. His untimely passing has left a void in the hearts of his family, friends, and community.

As we mourn the loss of a truly beautiful soul, let us cherish the memories we shared with Kashif and honor his legacy by living each day with love and compassion, just as he did.
