Karen Adjei, 25, of Charlotte, North Carolina, passed on April 18, 2022. Karen was born on April 28, 1997.

Karen was a loving and compassionate person who loved to be silly. She had the most beautiful smile that could light up your soul. 

Karen loved family game nights, sitting outside, and going to the lake. She enjoyed camping, sitting by the fire with her friends and family laughing and telling stories. Karen could spend hours staring at the stars dreaming. 

The relationship she had with her father, Edward Adjei, was not like any other. Karen was a wonderful daughter  that taught him a lot and she always had his back. 

Most of all she loved and adored her family, they were her world. If you were lucky enough to be present when she gazed into her family’s faces, the pure joy radiating from her would blind you. 

 Grandparents, Jim Adjei, Troy Starnes, and Alice Starnes.She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. 

Visitation will be from 10:30 am – 11:30 am on Saturday, April 23rd at the funeral home. 

Funeral Services will begin at 11:30 am on Saturday, April 23rd in the Chism-Smith Funeral Home Chapel. 

Interment will immediately follow going to Shady Grove Cemetery in Charlotte, North Carolina.
