Greene, Karen AnnKaren Ann Greene, age 75, of Appleton, formerly of Colby, passed away at her home on Sunday, June 25, 2017. Karen was born on September 21, 1941, in Cornell, Wisconsin, to the late Willis and Opal (Slater) Blunt. She was married to Glenn Greene, who passed away on December 29, 2000.Karen enjoyed knitting, sewing, puzzles, crosswords and was an avid pet lover. She especially enjoyed the time she spent with her children and many grandchildren. Survivors include her children, Mary (Dave) Fleming; Glenna Mueller; Brian (Sherry) Greene; and Scott (Leoma) Greene. She is survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren; and her siblings, Grace Weller, Lois Patrie, Gale Blunt, Robert Blunt and Marshall Blunt. She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn; her brothers, George, Darrell, Ernest, Gerald and Edward.A memorial gathering will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 1, 2017, the WICHMANN TRI-COUNTY CHAPEL, 1592, Oneida Street, Menasha. There will be a visitation at the funeral home from NOON until the time of services. A memorial has been established in Karen's name.
