Kaleb Duaine EmeryKaleb Duaine Emery, 17, of Lafayette, passed away on Saturday, July 8, 2017.He was born on June 1, 2000 in Lafayette to Kevin Loy and Crystal Acosta.Kaleb attended Jefferson High School, where he would of been a senior this fall. He was on the football team at Jefferson where he was the defensive end. He worked at McDonald's on 52 in Lafayette.Surviving are his mother, Crystal Acosta of Lafayette; his fathers, Richie Davis and Kevin Loy of Lafayette; his step mother, Tana Davis of Lafayette; siblings, Jordan Linback, Gage Loy, Kaitlyn Loy, Trae Brown, Raven Davis, Bristal Davis, Alexandra Acosta, Braya Davis, and Brayden Loy; niece, Ayla; and nephew, Kaleb Jr.He was preceded in death by his uncle, Shane Townsley; his aunt, Robin Wilson; and his great-grandmas, Barb Rainey and Doty Davis.A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, July 17, 2017 a Fisher Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. til the time of the service.
