J’shayla Monique, was born on April 19, 2004 in Houston, Texas. Born to Derald and Kyla Monique. J’shayla was a wonderful and bright soul. She’d walk in any room and it would light up. J’shayla was the youngest of 3 , Makayla, 21, Janiya, 23. One of J’shayla’s favorite hobbies were playing basketball and music. Her freshman year of high School (Spring High School) she made varsity. Along with basketball and painting she did attend to join J.R.O.T.C. sophomore all the way through senior year. Shortly after graduating she attended Houston Community College then pursued early into the career world. Working at Kid’s foot locker while part time at Walmart.

J’shayla was a bright and whole hearted young woman, she will be loved by everyone and won’t be forgotten.
